Christmas in Maryland

Well, we made the trip to Maryland this Christmas and actually flew out on Christmas Eve. Luckily, we were only an hour behind schedule and landed at abt 9:45pm. By the time we got to the house it was almost 11pm, but to us it only felt like 8pm. Everyone was awake, so we goofed off and talked until about 1am. Needless to say, it wasn't an early Christmas the next day. I think Mason rolled out of bed at 11am and we all know Mason is not one to sleep in!!

Christmas festivities in California

As stressful as the month of December was, we successfully completed everything on our list before the arrival of Santa...visit to Santa, Christmas tree lighting, driving around to see Christmas lights, mailing out Christmas cards, baking cookies, completing all of the shopping and getting everything mailed out just in time! Mason and Jaxon were definitely spoiled by everyone this Christmas. Mason got his train from Santa, a portable DVD player, a digital camera, a shake-n-go race track and cars, 2 marshmallow shooters, cowboy boots, and LOTS of other cool toys! Jaxon got much needed clothes, some bath toys, a big laugh and learn door, a riding train and many other things as well (including a wonderful bedtime story about poop from his Uncle John)!
